ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) – There have been arrests outside of the Wainwright building in downtown St. Louis.

A large group was protesting outside the building.  Police say eight people were arrested. The protesters have moved to Kiener Plaza..

The group was outside the building protesting Missouri Gov. Nixon’s decision to move the National Guard into Ferguson and the investigation into the death of Michael Brown.
