(KPLR) – For years we’ve  heard video games are bad for kids. Now a new study says just a little bit of gaming could be good.

A new British study says kids who play on computer or video games up to an hour a day are better behaved and well adjusted compared to kids who don’t play.

Little gamers also appear to have less hyperactivity.  But kids who play more than three hours of video games experience the opposite effect.  They tended to be more moody and act out in negative ways.
