Second suspect arrested in shooting death of St. Louis grandmother

ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR)-A second suspect has been arrested and charged in the shooting death of a grandmother on Hodiamont in north St. Louis last Wednesday.

On Tuesday, Errick Owens, 20, has been charged with Murder 1st and Armed Criminal Action in the shooting death of 46-year-old Juliette Cleveland-Davis. Police say she was an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire between two groups of people when she was killed. She was walking with her grandchildren, ages 4, 5 and 7, who were not hurt.

He is being held without bond.

On Saturday, St. Louis police arrested 20-year-old Tommy Dora, Jr. He is charged with murder first degree and armed criminal action for murder.
