16-year-old boy admits to burglarizing cars in Lincoln County; Traded stolen items for marijuana

LINCOLN COUNTY, MO (KTVI) - Lincoln County authorities have confirmed that a 16-year-old boy has admitted to tampering with vehicles and burglary.  There have been a series of break-ins at commuter lots in the area.

More than 20 incidents involving stolen items, including five handguns, have been reported by the Sheriff's Office.  The teenager has also admitted to trading guns for marijuana.

More arrests are possible.
