Suspects captured after crashing truck full of scrap copper

ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) - A stolen vehicle crashed into Walter Knoll Florist employee cars in downtown St. Louis. The accident happened near the company's Garden Center near near the intersection of Lasalle and California Ave. in downtown St. Lois Wednesday afternoon.

A witness says that police were chasing the vehicle.  The two suspects in the vehicle took off on foot.
