(KPLR) - The rising Mississippi River water has taken over parts of Grafton, Illinois Wednesday morning.  The water has reached the normal spots in the city, and it's something that home and business owners aren't surprised about.  Many of the area businesses are still open and people have yet to evacuate.

Route 100 is set to close in the Grafton area because of the flooding.
