Illinois ranks among the best for teenage drivers

(KPLR) – Good news about teenage drivers in the state of Illinois that ranks in the top three for teenage drivers.

On average 260 teens are killed on our nation’s roads during the summer. The website “Wallet Hub” compared driving condition for teens in all 50 states finding the top three states were Illinois, New York and Hawaii. The bottom three states were Nebraska, Mississippi and South Dakota.

Wallet Hub used data on the number of teenage drives in every state, teen fatality rates, and under the influence citations to rank states.
