Dooley issues order to include diversity in County construction projects

ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) - County Executive Charlie Dooley issued an executive order on Wednesday setting standards for diversity and inclusion in County construction projects. It sets goals of 20 percent minority and five percent female business and workforce participation in all contracts over a million dollars. It also establishes an apprenticeship program on projects over two million dollars.
