MASCUOUTH, IL (KTVI) – A three-year-old Edwardsville girl and her family are at Disney World in Orlando Sunday night, thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Sophia was born with Edward syndrome, a condition that's a lot like Down syndrome, that’s triggered by an extra chromosome.

To make sure Sophia's wish came true, Make-A-Wish got help from Mid-America St. Louis Airport, Allegiant Airlines, and Crawford, Murphy and Tilly incorporated, which heard her story.

The firm is based in Springfield, Illinois, but has an office in St. Louis and the Metro east.
