CLAYTON, MO (KPLR) – Relatives of the late Mickey Carroll are going to court in St. Louis County this week claiming his caretaker took nearly $500,000.

Carroll played one of the munchkins in “The Wizard of Oz”.

Carroll died in 2009.

Carroll’s nieces and nephews sued his caretaker Linda Dodge in 2011, after they learned that much of his estate was gone.

The family’s attorney claims Dodge slowly drained Carroll’s accounts, but her attorney says she was there for the actor, when his family was not.
