Rockwood Drug Free Coalition warns community of scam

ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KPLR) – The Rockwood Drug-Free Coalition is warning residents in west St. Louis County of a scam were representatives of SRI, Inc. of Delray Beach, Florida are soliciting residents and business owners for donations to be used for drug prevention on behalf of the Rockwood School District and the Rockwood Drug-Free Coalition.

The coalition cites that numerous complaints have been filed by resident and business in Ellisville, Eureka, Pacific and other cities in west St. Louis County.

The Rockwood Drug-Free Coalition wants the public and business to understand that are in no way connected to SRI. Anyone contacted by SRI should report the incident to your local police department.
