(KPLR) – In Tuesday’s “The Way It Oughta Be”, JB looks at how much would you pay for an empty parking lot?

I brought my chair to this empty parking lot because this is how it looks around Crestwood Mall these days.

It's unbelievable how a once popular spot can turn into what's happened in Creswtood.

The mall is now up for auction. That's right, the bidding reportedly starts at $1,000,000.

I don't know if anyone will buck up that sort of money but I have an idea. Doesn't every parent take their kid to the mall parking lot to practice driving?

Why not make Crestwood the only, official practice driving course in the area.

We all know new drivers could use the practice.

I'm JB, and that's “The Way It Oughta Be”.

Because the city would call it a saftey hazzard. They would then stick their noses in it and charge you $50.00 to cover their “input”
