Police arrest one suspect in Chesterfield Mall robbery kidnapping

CHESTERFIELD, MO (KPLR) – The Chesterfield Police Department has arrested one of two suspects wanted in connection of a robbery kidnapping that occurred back on March 21, 2014 at the Chesterfield Mall.

Police say they have identified the unknown female of the duo that were confronted by a security officer at a H&M store for shoplifting. The pair escaped from the store by macing the guard, with the unknown female fleeing in a car. Her partner 22-year-old Cierra Baker escaped by kidnapping female on the store parking lot, forcing her to drive to another location, where she was picked by a waiting white vehicle.

Police are still on the lookout for Baker, who is said to frequent north St. Louis and in and around the 5100 block of Highland Avenue.
