ST. LOUIS (KPLR) – Police are still looking for the man who shot an eleven year old girl and her father early Tuesday morning in north city.

The pair was on a fast food run to White Castle at 3:30 am in the morning and were reportedly headed home.

The father says, a car started following his and eventually opened fire.

Both were hit in the back.

The 32 year old father and his young daughter were rushed to the hospital. Both are expected to survive.

It's the second time in just five days that an eleven year old has been a shooting victim in the city.

Last week a boy was shot inside his house while sitting at his computer.

At this point police say they have very little to go on.

All they have is a description of a black dodge charger the gunman was riding in.
