ST. LOUIS (KPLR) - Lumiere Place Casino has temporary closed its doors as the Missouri Gaming Commission oversees the casinos transfer of operations to a new owner. The casino and restaurants will be closed until eight am Wednesday morning.

The hotels remain open, but with limited food service.

Tropicana entertainment of Las Vegas bought the casino complex for $260-million dollars from pinnacle entertainment.

Pinnacle was forced to sell, because of federal anti-trust concerns after it bought Ameristar Casinos last year.
