Pennsylvania officials to lobby Pope for U.S. Visit

(CNN) – Could Pope Francis soon be making a trip to the United States? U.S. officials hope so.

Some made a pilgrimage to Rome Tuesday to urge the pontiff to put Philadelphia on his 2015 travel agenda.

The lobbying effort is expected to get a boost Wednesday when President Obama meets with the Pope at the Vatican.
