Baby Lemur spotted feeding at the St. Louis Zoo

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) –  Leapin’ Lemurs, it’s a baby safika for the St. Louis Zoo.  A female baby Lemur made her debut today during feeding time. She’s an endangered Lemur species from Madagascar who was born at the on January 21st.  Her name is Kapika, which means peanut in the language of Madagascar. This is the fourth baby for the  family and you can see her at the Zoo’s primate house.
