(KPLR) – Do not be surprised if you hope on the Metrolink on Jan. 14 and find some riders without their pants on.

It is all part of the annual “No pants subway ride.” The event started back in 2002 by the “Improv everywhere” group from New York and has spread to become a world-wide event.

The local event will be hosted by St. Louis’s own chapter of “Improv everywhere.” The group will gather at 6 p.m. on Jan. 14 at Kayak Coffee on Skinker. They will board the train around 6:35 p.m.

The group says it is all about good fun, causing “chaos and joy in public places.”

Stupid if you ask me. Why pants-less how about something a bit more humorous or pleasing to the eye. It’s already a hassle looking at sagging pants but no pants makes the news as a okay thing. Really? Only in confused America.
