(KPLR)- The 5th graders at Kennerly Elementary in South County want to recycle your Christmas tree.  The class is raising funds for their end-of-year party and decided they’d like to also do a service project for their school.

Common Cents Rental Lawn and Garden  will be turning the trees into mulch to use around the school.

You can drop off your tree at Kennerly in the back parking lot on Saturday, January 5, from 10am-2pm for a $10 donation or for a $15 donation, the kids and their parents can come get the tree for you.
