“First Night” and other New Year’s Eve celebrations

(KTVI) – If you don’t have plans for tonight, the First Night Celebration is taking place in Grand Center.

The event starts at 6 p.m. with entertainment at both indoor and outdoor spaces and venues.

All outdoor entertainment is free and admission buttons can be purchased for indoor events at Straubs, Dierbergs, or select Schnucks locations.  They can also be purchased at Grand center.

The price for adults is $12 and kids ages six to 12 are $6.

There are several other events around the St. Louis area as well.

First Night River Bend is happening in Godfrey, IL. The family-friendly entertainment runs from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Hatheway Cultural Center. For full details, visit
