Girl with cancer’s wish “go to pre-school like the other kids”

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (WXIN) – A young girl with a rare form of cancer had a wish granted and got to attend preschool for a day.

Ava Parker, 2, had watched children getting on school buses and wanted to join them. Her mother said she could go when she got a little bit bigger.

Then a parent’s worst nightmare occurred and Ava was diagnosed with a malignant tumor.
