(KTVI) – Sentencing is set for Monday for a man shot by Missouri State Troopers during a confrontation.

It happened last year. Jeffrey Weinhaus was found guilty of assault on a law enforcement officer, armed criminal action, and drug possession.

In an online video, Weinhaus said he had the right to shoot corrupt officials.  When troopers went to arrest him, they say he reached for a gun, so they shot him.
