(KPLR) – Is 16 too soon for a driver's license?  Here's JB with “The Way It Oughta Be”:

I was nearly run off the road the other day by a student driver.  There was no doubt this student driver needed more practice.

I wish there was a place where kids could get more driving experience before heading out onto Lindbergh.

With all the technology we have today, I bet there's an app for that.

I cover far too many crashes involving young people.  Maybe it's time we re-evaluated the way we teach and test young drivers.

I don't want to keep any excited teen from getting keys to the car, but I just wish we did a better job of making sure they were ready for the road.

I'm JB, and that's “The Way It Oughta Be.”
