(KPLR) - As the Philippines recover from Haiyan, one of the worst typhoons on record concern is growing over the possibility that another one will target the island nation. Up to twenty typhoons strike the country each year. Recovery efforts are underway as the U.S. sends basic necessities and soldiers there to assist with relief efforts.
