ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Filmmaker Chadwell Ruthsatz has been making movies in St. Louis for over a decade.  He now works with his wife Ria to make films for small & local businesses. A video the duo recently uploaded to Vimeo is getting some viral views in town. The piece was originally made for a local film contest.

“We’re always looking for ways to celebrate our favorite city and this was just a fun way for us, as filmmakers, to show everyone a few of the reasons why we love it here.” said Ruthsatz.

This is the caption he posted with his video, “Tree9 Films loves St. Louis! We’ve spent years enjoying each and every facet of the Gateway City. Our eclectic tastes and sense of adventure have made for many an exciting day of exploration – just like this video. We’ve enjoyed the variety of festivals, unique stores, scenic parks, and good eats this great city has to offer. We’re constantly amazed by the new places we find, and always happy to revisit the old ones. There is something to do every day of the year, for every person, on any budget. Where will we find you in the Lou?”

Tree9 Films is now in charge of a film project to benefit St. Louis charities. Click here to learn more about Ria and Chad’s project called, “Share the Love.”.
