Toronto Mayor admits for buying drugs

TORONTO, ONT. CANADA (CNN) - The Toronto mayor appeared before the Toronto city council for the first time since admitting to smoking crack cocaine.  He faced tough questioning by the council.

The embattled Mayor Rob Ford answer questions about his drug use, but denied being a drug addict.

However, he did admit to buying drugs in the last two years and explained why.
