(KPLR)-There is a big new development in the NFL bullying saga. For the first time, former St. Louis Ram Richie Incognito speaks out.  You can see an exclusive interview with Incognito on NFL of FOX Sunday morning at 11am on FOX 2.

Richie Incognito's troubles with his behavior date back to the days when he was roaming the field at the Edward Jones Dome. It was as a St. Louis Ram that he developed a reputation as being the dirtiest player in football, and was eventually cut from the team by then-coach Steve Spagnolo.

But Incognito's problems have gone to a different level in Miami.  Fellow offensive lineman Jonathan Martin claims Incognito bullied him mercilessly.  Martin claims to have been physically assaulted, and a voice mail left for martin by Incognito containing a racial slur has also been made public.

Many of Incognito's dolphin teammates have defended him, but the story has met a national cry of outrage.

For the first time this morning, Incognito is answering the charges and trying to explain away some of the allegations to FOX's Jay Glazer.
