Scott Air Force Base briefed on government shutdown

(KPLR) - Col. Kyle Kramer of Scott Air Force Base briefs reporters on what they will do if the government shuts down. As of Tuesday, the bases 5,000 civilian employees will not be paid. The military will be paid only through October 15th.
