ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - Two businesses are hit within an hour by smash & grab thieves.  The first was at a south St. Louis beauty supply store on South Grand at Winnebago Street.

It happened at Forever Young Beauty Supply around 5:15 a.m. Surveillance video shows a pick up truck ramming into the front of the building.  The owner says several packs of expensive hair weave are missing.

The second smash & grab happened just about 20 minutes later at a Foot Locker store.  When the alarm went off, authorities found a gaping hole in the back of the store located in the 4500 block of Lindell in the Central West End.

Several empty shoe boxes were found at the back of the store.
