NORMANDY, MO (KTVI)-- The Normandy School District superintendent met with parents Tuesday night.

The meeting was aimed at easing any fears about the district going bankrupt.

Dozens of concerned parents attended.

"It is scary to think about," one parent said.

The district is hoping to get $6.8 million in state aid.

If it does not get the money all funds could be gone by March.
