ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) -   A St. Louis woman charged with felony animal abuse is due in court Monday.  Adrienne Martin is accused of burning and killing a dog named "Brownie."

The animal was found burned and tied up on Cote Brillante back in July.  Stray Rescue says  part of what led to the arrest were messages posted on the suspect's Facebook page.

Adrienne's family says she's innocent and claim the dog bit her son and had attacked several other people before.
