(KPLR) – Staying dry during a drought.  Here's JB with “The Way It Oughta Be”.
I've seen more and more water sprinklers popping out the past few weeks.  Property owners are trying to salvage what's left of their lawn.

Some of those sprinklers are on timers and are underground.  I drive by a number of them at night on my way home.

They seem to do a just as good of a job getting my car wet as they do getting the lawn wet.

So if you're a business owner hoping to keep your grass alive a little bit longer, work on your aim.  Some people driver convertibles.

I'm JBand that's “The Way It Oughta Be.”
