Four charged after graffiti found all over small town

LIVINGSTON, IL (KTVI)– Four people have been arrested for vandalism in Livingston, Illinois.

Police have charged Bobby Walker, 24, Devin Krueger, 17, Alexandria Vanhooser, 22, and Robert Fritz, 19, with criminal defacement and criminal damage to government property.

They say the four spray-painted homes near a school, the city hall and even the mayor’s house.

Several cars around town were hit as well.

Police say the group admitted to committing some of the acts, but a relative says they were coerced.
