FBI looking for “I-55 Bandit”

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – The “I-55 Bandit” may have robbed over ten banks in five states. He has robbed or attempted to rob banks in Illinois, Missouri, Maryland, West Virginia and Tennessee. Now, the FBI is seeking the public’s help to find the suspect.

The suspect is described as a white male in his early to mid 20s with a thin build. He has short brown or strawberry blonde hair and stands about 6′-6’3″ tall.

The FBI has nicknamed this robber the “I-55 Bandit” because all of the banks robbed in the St. Louis area were along Interstate 55.
