(KPLR) – Mental illness affects all aspects of a person's life and that includes the workplace. Two thirds of working men and women say their out-of-office stress adds to their work stress.

Author and speaker Barbara Altman stopped by to talk with Christine Buck about how depression affects work productivity, how many Americans are affected yearly by depression, and the value of making healthy choices.
