(KPLR) - It`s as frustrating a crime as it gets for business owners.  Jim Kim owns the Fresh Image clothing and retail shop on Tucker Blvd.  He was boarding up the windows for the second time in two months, after smash and grab thieves took thousand of dollars worth of merchandise.

"It`s very frustrating," said Kim.

The suspects drove an SUV into the storefront and started grabbing merchandise as quickly as they could. Kim is worried his insurance will cancel his coverage.

Kim is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.  Tipsters can call Crimestoppers and remain anonymous if they wish.  Crimestoppers offers up to a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.

"If it happens again...I don`t know what I`ll do," said Kim.

He takes pride in how his store looks and the service he provides customers.  He fears some business owners facing similar situations will simply close.

"Businessmen like me, you know sometimes they just quit," said Kim.
