(KPLR) – In Cason’s workout session with John Fuller Tuesday, the goal is to have the perfect derriere.  Cason demonstrates exercises to obtain the perfect derriere.

Build the Perfect Derriere:

  • 1. High knees on bench
  • 2. Speed skaters
  • 3. Single leg medicine ball hamstring raises
  • 4. Squat jumps w/ weights
  • 5. Floor single leg kick ups
  • 6. 4 sets 15 Rep's
