Chest

1. incline press

2. incline fly

3. pushups

Bicep

1. incline curl

2. Incline hammer curl

3. 21's

Triceps

1. dips

2. dumbell kickback

3. seated skull crusher

All exercises 3 sets x 10 reps

45 sec rest between sets
