ST. LOUIS, MO. (KPLR) – Hundreds of St. Louisans turned out this Father’s Day weekend to pay tribute to fallen United Stated Servicemen from the Vietnam War.  The not-for-profit Show-Me Hero Salute organization sponsored the traveling Vietnam War Memorial display that had been on display at Lindbergh High School, from Thursday, June 13 to Sunday, June 16.

The traveling wall is an 80 percent replica of the memorial in Washington, D.C., that travels the nation to give the American public to see loved ones names engraved or to honor those that fought in Vietnam.

The memorial has the names of 58,000 fallen Americans inscribed on the memorial.
