(KTVI) – A Rochester, NY family is outraged after their three young daughters were accidentally served alcohol at a Bazil restaurant on Sunday.

According to ABC 13, Jeremy and Dawn DeRoo’s 7-year-old daughter said her orange juice tasted funny, but Dawn thought it may have been just a different brand.

It wasn’t until the family heard people at another table saying that they’re orange juice tasted like mimosas that the parents realized what had happened.

ABC 13 reports the waitress apologized and gave the children milk.  The restaurant’s own said after finding out about the incident, he reached out to the DeRoos and offered to refund them the cost of their meal.  He also said this was the restaurant’s first Sunday brunch and the juice containers may have gotten mixed up.

They have since relabeled the juice containers.  The DeRoos say the children were fine, but are still upset over what happened.
