ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)-- The Grand Center Arts Academy School Board has decided to meet Thursday morning to talk about its recent decision to let go former principal Lynne Glickert and replace her with Dr. Louis Losos.
Dr. Losos resigned as principal at Clayton High School in 2012 after allegations she created a fake Facebook page to spy on students.
On Tuesday, parents and students protested outside the charter school.
As a result, the board has decided to re-visit the decision.
"They said they would meet, and after that they will meet with a group of parents to find a resolution," Grand Center Arts Academy PTA President Rhonda Holt said. "We want Lynne Glickert back as principal."
Dr. Losos was scheduled to start as principal on July 1.
She declined to comment for this story.
A school board spokeswoman said that the board "listened to the concerns, and will work with the parents."
The board will have a closed door meeting Thursday at 8 a.m. at the school.
"We applaud the board for listening to our concerns," Holt said.
