President Obama names UN Ambassador to National Security Advisor

(FOX NEWS) – President Obama has named Susan Rice the new National Security Advisor; the president announced the change in personnel at the White House Rose Garden.

The current advisor, Tom Donilon, is stepping down in July after more than four years of service.
