CLAYTON, MO (KTVI) -- George Coy, of Xenon International, stopped by to explain to Elliot Weiler what a "Cut-A-Thon" is. It's a fundraiser where you can get your hair cut for a good cause.

On Friday, June 7 from 9:30 am to 6:30pm XENON International Academy will join cosmetology schools across the country to raise funds for the Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the nation's resource for missing children.

The school will be offering $5 mini facials, $5 manicures and $5 haircuts.

Walk-ins are welcome and appointments are also accepted and can be made by calling (636) 394-7335.

Chic-Fil-A at West County Center is partnering with Xenon on the event and will be offering discounted refreshments.
