NEW YORK, NY – A decision to charge admission at New york’s 9-11 memorial is sparking controversy. The museum’s board says the museum will charge somewhere between 20 and 25 dollars when the site opens next year. That money will help with operating costs.

Those costs are expected to be about $60 million dollars every year. Some families of 9-11 victims say the museum should be free.
