The Way It Oughta Be: Holding Property Owners Accountable

(KPLR) – I know there's a lot of controversy surrounding Paul McKee's long-running plan to develop an economically distressed part of north St. Louis.

That's not what I want to debate.

Instead of thinking about these major development projects I wish we did a better job on the little things.

What I mean is cracking down on the individual property owners who let their homes look like this.

This is when eminent domain should be used.  Not just when a major development could be on the other end.

 The city should just mow down any buildings that look like this.

And then work on bringing in something better.
