The Way It Oughta Be: New Haven Mo. Special Election

(KPLR) – Over the weekend a special election was held in the Missouri city of New Haven.  The special election was held to settle an election were two people vying for a board of alderman position tied.  So, in order to determine the winner of the election, both candidates agreed to a coin toss.
