KANSAS CITY, MO (KTVI) – A Kansas City woman is in custody after the whereabouts of her four day disappearance was put to rest. She had been reported missing after texting ‘help me’ to her boyfriend.

Rachel Koechner, 28,  and her 4-year old daughter, Zoee Sandner, were reported missing March 14. The Chariton County Sheriff’s office had placed the two under an Endangered Person Advisory according to KOMU.

Authorities believed that Koechner was with Zoee’s father and her ex-husband Devon Sandner. Their suspicions were confirmed when they found Sandner,37, with his daughter and Koechner Monday night.

The Peoria Journal Star says the trio have since been split up.  Koechner is being held without bond, but has not been charged yet. Sandner was also detained on a separate outstanding forgery warrant and their daughter is now in the custody of the state.

A Facebook group was created during the search for Rachel and Zoee. Concerned family and friends had reached out for community support in hopes they would be found. In addition to sharing information on their whereabouts, people were asked to change their profile pictures to a ‘missing’ flyer of the two.

“I’ve created this page to try and keep everyone updated about Rachel and Zoee who have been missing since 10:30 am on 3/14/13,” stated the group’s description. “We have reason to believe she is with her ex-husband and being held against her will.”

The page is still active and has nearly 1,900 members subscribed to it.
