CRAWFORDVILLE, FL (KTVI) – A Florida woman is behind bars after allegedly pulling a gun on Wal-Mart employees because she wasn’t able to use a dollar-off coupon.

According to the Wakulla County Sheriff’s Department, Mary Alday, 61, was trying to use a internet coupon on March 1, but when the store manager explained the coupon policy to her, she got upset.

According to the police report, Alday called the assistant manager several names and purposely bumped her repeatedly with a shopping cart.   The manager called 911 and Alday was escorted out of the Wal-Mart.

That’s when authorities say she went to her car and got a gun. According to the Huffington Post Website, Alday went back into the store and threatened other employees. She left the scene before police arrived but was later arrested in a traffic stop.

An arrest report obtained by The Smoking Gun states an officer had to use a taser when Alday refused to cooperate during the traffic stop.  She is charged with four counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest and battery.
