TROY, MO. (KPLR) - The latest round of snow missed St. Louis but did land on some nearby communities.  We saw snowflakes falling in Troy, MO on Tuesday night but for most of the day it was a fog and rain.

Louisiana, MO had more than 3 inches of new snow that stranded some drivers.  It wasn`t just the new snow causing problems.

"It seemed to have a little bit of ice underneath it," said Ashley Baker.  That ice was still around in some spots from last week`s winter storm.

Baker's husband owns Jubilee Auto.  He was out on tow calls most of Tuesday.

"He came to work at 8a.m. and has been on snow plow calls almost all day long," said Baker.

The snow was also mixed with rain and did not cause major problems.  There are still slick spots from all of the rain but not enough to cause serious problems.
