Missing: Developmentally Disabled Female From St. Peters, MO

Cara Ascencio St Peters MissingST. PETERS, MO (KTVI) – St. Peters police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 21-year-old woman who is developmentally disabled.

Authorities say Cara Ascencio was last seen January 31st after she left a family member’s home. She does not have a cell phone or access to money or credit cards.

Cara has a brain injury and other mental health issues leaving her with the mental capacity of a 12-year-old.

She is described as a white female, 5’6″ tall, 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink parka coat, blue jeans, knee high black boots and was carrying a white purse.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the St. Peters Police Department at 636-278-2222.
